Locally sourced Produce

We are passionate about our local area and our local produce. We try and source as many products locally as we can.

All our local providers come from within the Brecon Beacons or the South Wales Valleys.

Homemade Jams

All of jams and preserves are homemade using fruit out of our garden. With the exception of the marmalade as the Welsh climate hasn't got sufficiently sunny yet to grow our own oranges.

Own Produce

We have our own hens so the eggs are fresh from our chickens.

We produce our own fruit in the garden which we use in our jams and when available in our fresh fruit compote. If we have a good season this includes apples, gooseberries, raspberries, strawberries, blackcurrants and blackberries.

We have our own bees for our honey but again only if the bees have been busy and the supply is available.
