About Us

Arfryn House is situated in the beautiful Brecon Beacons National Park. It is ideally placed for the outdoors with Pen Y Fan the highest Peak in Southern Britain on the doorstep or for simply relaxing and enjoying the area. The house is 45 minutes drive from Cardiff and Swansea.

  • We have 2 bedrooms so we are small and friendly and can provide that personal touch

  • We give a homely, relaxing and comfortable feel in a stunning but convenient location

  • Your hosts Alun and Sally love the Brecon Beacons and are both walkers and cyclists. Alun is an Ambassador for the Brecon Beacons National Park and has considerable knowledge about the local area.

  • We are environmentally aware. We use solar panels for part of our electric supply. We recycle all we can and try not to use single use plastic.

  • We want to keep our waste to a minimum which is why we ask you to make your breakfast choice the day before.

  • We use locally sourced food

  • We use seasonal fruit from our garden, eggs from our hens and honey from our bees.
